Titusville Property Management
Servicing Titusville and all of Brevard County.
Titusville is the seat of Brevard County, situated about 34 miles southeast from Deltona, Florida. The area was abandoned in 1760 when it was acquired by Spain with the Florida Territory, but they could not settle in the area due to the Seminole Wars. In 1867, Colonel Henry T. Titus settled in the area, building a large hotel on the land his wife owned and donating some of the land for the building of churches and a town courthouse.
In 1885, the Atlantic Coast, St. Johns & Indian River Railroad finally connected to Titusville and brought shipping and tourism opportunities to the area. Over the next several generations, Titusville grew thanks to the development of the Kennedy Space Center and the thriving citrus and pineapple trades.
